I built Somatic Strength because I needed it first.
I've been through the kind of loss and transformation that brings you to your knees — the kind where your body becomes either an anchor or a battleground. For me, strength training and kickboxing became the anchor. They gave me somewhere to put the fire. A way to metabolize what couldn't be processed any other way.
Over a decade of working in movement — teaching kickboxing, yoga, and strength training, and coaching people through deeply personal physical transformations — I saw the same pattern everywhere: people pushing harder, feeling worse, and wondering why nothing was sticking.
The missing piece wasn't effort. It was relationship.
Somatic Strength exists at the intersection of exercise science and somatic awareness — because the body isn't just a vehicle to optimize. It's the place where everything you carry either gets processed or gets stuck.
