  • Office hours for async support: Mon–Fri, 10a–4p CT, Slack only. 24–48h response.

  • No nutrition directives; can refer out.

  • Reschedule window: ≥24h; <24h charged.

  • Payments: Due at booking; packages paid upfront; no post-session pay.

  • Emergency access: Not included (or 1/month in Premium only).

  • Scope of practice: Movement/somatic tools only; not therapy or medical care.
