Jenn Cutliffe is a Somatic Strength coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher, Muay Thai coach, and facilitator based in Nashville, TN.

Her work lives at the intersection of strength training, nervous system capacity, emotional resilience, and embodied self-responsibility. Through Somatic Strength, Jenn helps people build a body that can hold more life — more sensation, more power, more presence, more truth.

With nearly a decade of experience in movement, coaching, and personal transformation, Jenn blends functional strength, kettlebell and dumbbell training, Muay Thai-inspired conditioning, yoga, breathwork, and somatic awareness into a practice that is both grounded and alive. Her approach is not about bypassing discomfort or performing wellness. It is about learning how to stay with yourself, listen to your body, and build the kind of resilience that actually translates into your life.

Jenn believes that not everything needs to be healed. Some things need to be strengthened.
