We can tune into our bodies and build various types of strength. These Video and Audio guides aim to help you cultivate both physical and inner strength through presence. Our format allows you to connect with your movement and muscles during each session. You’ll also receive my contact info for support and questions. This audio collection will include practices featuring modalities like somatic strength, walking/running meditation, journaling, somatic stretching, yoga asana, and yoga Nidra.
