I am creating this program as a lifeline for myself. A new physical curriculum to follow in the wake of loss and in the midst of life’s challenges. Working out has saved my life over and over again. And, in the past, I have called this phase of the Phoenix journey - a journey and cadence I’ve become well acquainted with over the years - “fighting for my life”.

But I don’t want to fight anymore. I want to live in devotion. Devotion to myself, my life, and my sacred body.

Devotion doesn’t ask us to fight for anything. Devotion begins when we simply show up and intentionally choose to step into presence with our whole self. Meeting ourselves exactly where we are without expectation or judgement and then trusting the practice to bring us exactly where we are meant to be. Here. Now.

This program is a compilation of strength training to test and build resilience, asana practices to integrate breath, steadiness and ease with our strength, and meditations to witness what it’s like to live in this sacred body.

Although I have been studying this work for nearly a decade, I feel like I am once again at the beginning of a journey back home to my body. I am so grateful to have you here with me as we root into our resilience and remember our Divine Power.

What’s included and what you will need

  • 3 follow along strength workouts per week that can be done at home or at the gym,

  • One guided somatic meditation and one yoga asana practice per week.

    Set of light/medium dumbbells (option to have a heavier dumbbell or KB - but not required)

What’s inside

Week 1: Tending the Soil

This week is all about the basics and meeting yourself exactly as you are. In order to grow from a place of grace and integrity, we must first witness where we stand right now. The practices this week will guide you into observation of your breath and creating new conversations between your mind & brain and your physical body.

Week 2: Fortifying the roots

This week we are building on the fundamentals and beginning to expand into the corners of our edges. Last week we had the dopamine hit of starting something new to keep our engine going. This week we get to really anchor into devotion over motivation. Your primary mission for this week is to SHOW UP on your mat or wherever your movement space is. Get your body there, press play and TRUST THE PROCESS.

Week 3: Embodying the Flame

This week is all about channeling the energy of our inner fire. Channeling the powerful energy of the Sun, taking up space, and embodying the unlimited power of your focused attention. After tuning deeply into the power of our mind-body-breath connection, we are primed and ready to turn up the heat from the inside out.

  • Yes! The program is intentionally designed for beginners, people returning from a workout hiatus, or anyone craving structure that allows for the ebbs and flows of the human experience. Sessions include form cues, modifications, and pacing that honor where your body is today.

  • Most sessions are about an hour, with 15-30 min somatic mediations. The workouts are a litle on the longer side because we really take our tome with warmup and mobility as well as cueing to really feel into the full juice of every movement.

  • You simply pick back up from exactly where you are. This is resilience training - not perfection training. This is a self-paced follow along journey, meant to flex with life.

  • Absolutely. Rooted Resilience is built for the seasons when you feel disconnected or stretched thin. The combination of strength training + somatic grounding helps regulate your nervous system, restore motivation, and rebuild self-efficacy and internal steadiness.

  • This isn’t a grind culture, push through your pain kind of program. Here, we’re training strength and presence. Workouts are ritual - supporting your emotional landscape, not just your phsyical body. It’s strength training woven with breath, intention, pacing, and embodied awareness.

  • Expect to feel stronger, clearer, steadier, and more connected to yourself. This program helps you rebuild consistency, increase trust in your body, and create a foundation of daily movement that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
