Yoga Asana
Yoga asana is the physical practice of yoga. It is the form of yoga that uses the body as a pathway into your thoughts, feelings and emotions. The grounding, opening, twisting, inverting, and balancing postures of yoga guide us in cultivating awareness, flexibility, focus, adaptability, and grace. These sessions range from 45 minutes to an hour and will come in a variety of styles from gentle practices to power flows.
