Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra literally means “yogic sleep”. It is an ancient meditation technique where practitioners enter a deeper state of conscious relaxation, moving awareness from the external world to the internal. Some of these sessions will be intended for a mid-day rest reset while others will be catered more towards bedtime. The practice of yoga nidra is an incredible way to relax and soothe the nervous system, to tune deeply into what it is like to be in this body in conscious deep rest.
